The social well-being department (SBS) was established in 2007, whose mission is to provide financial support and advice to all employees and their families, so they independently gain access to the benefits available with greater ease, peace of mind and knowledge. The SBS facilitates access to medical care for its members, periodically undertaking health campaigns (vaccination, ophthalmological campaigns, dental care, etc.). To drive the personal and productive development of employees, we have an educational area that is focused on providing training in the social, labor and academic areas, continually giving opportunities for employees to enhance their skills. The company has also entered into agreements with various establishments to optimize resources, taking advantage of the alternatives offered by health and commercial institutions. |
